Went to Anjali vvip private launch today. 5acres land around 395units. Whole layout look OK OK only. Good selling point is all units got private lobby. 6 floors high carpark... Sibeh high macam midfield...Shit....no basement...

Near Rm600 PSF. Every floor +2k. Only 2 Unit size 1300sf+ and 1700sf+. 4 units per floor. Worth it? min rm780k. Still Thinking of whack 1.

*anjali got 5 blocks. Design macam Similar with dutamas 28. All facilities on top of parking floor. Minimum 2 car parks per unit.1700sq+ got 3 car parks if memory serve me right.... 1700sf start from 990k and above 1 mil+

Just been to their showroom today but is still under cond. Property agent will attend you, as only some basic info can show you like layout and unit size, showroom not ready and no model yet. I dont understand why they want to press ad .

hmm ya understand is open for registration, but i called up they say sales gallery can come to visit but went there totally nothing.This developer is new only do 2 project before. But at this area selling at 600psf for me i unable to accept.

Went to their sales office at the site..
1319 sqft comes with private lift lobby, every unit served by 1 lift and 1 service lift, after 7+3 % discount end up at 580 per sqft for mid floor...free kitchen cabinet with electrical appliances, full air cons, sunken bath, very practical layout...
Facility got clubhouse. ..50m olympic size swimming pool...everything very similar to concerto except no tennis court, music room and tuition room...
4 units per floor served by 3 lifts, 1 is service lift...total only 92 units per block and got 4 blocks and 2 roll of villa...
After disc 760k for 1319 sqft...also got 1788 sqft with private lift lobby and dual key concept also...price similar to concerto phase 2 price...
Will this another BBB again?
