Just been to their showroom today but is still under cond. Property agent will attend you, as only some basic info can show you like layout and unit size, showroom not ready and no model yet. I dont understand why they want to press ad .

hmm ya understand is open for registration, but i called up they say sales gallery can come to visit but went there totally nothing.This developer is new only do 2 project before. But at this area selling at 600psf for me i unable to accept.

Concerto is better than is project. Just my 2 cent. This project is really deep deep inside. NO selling point for future when complete unless for own stay.

Jalan 3/61, Bukit Segambut, 50200 Segambut, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. But their sale gallery not ready yet you can visit them also. Very deep deep inside the loaction.

Yeah really bad location. Nowadays people buy property first thing must look at location but this project located at wrong location.
