this location very bad...smack between low cost apartment prima tiara and the completed condo which never get CF, no human stay inside this condo......so means smack between poor and ghost...;-)...

somemore go to kl have to pass thru the bottle neck jam road in front of mandy villa...lots of bangla and indo worker along the road...

can walk to 1 mont kiara, solaris mont kiara have fine dining...drive 5 min reach solarios dutamas...

no low cost apartment, no cemetery, no mosque.....si beh nice.....condo old a little bit only, but common area all still very clean and upkeep..... but can renovate internal unit sibeh nice...

Anjali got its advantage la..

but different ppl different concern...for me, i always look at the surrounding environment instead of the single development....

if the budget is 700k ++....chose new condo anjali or oldest condo at mont kiara, let's say MK pines..

definitely my choice will goes for MK pines...can buy fully furnish renovate unit somemore..

ya the design looks outdated...but don forget this is MK.....

dun wan to explain more la...


go to take a walk at Mont kiara streets, and take a walk at Anjali area...then you know what i mean...

dun say i pour cold water la...Anjali area hard to have major change la...so many rundown apartment, and sekolah kebangsaan, sewage water treatement plant...and a apartment with no people stay inside....this kind of environment hard to change....unless you are talking about a totally new area, many empty lands will serve for new development then ok la...

700k+, i definitely go bangsar or mont kiara, or even sri hartamas...buy a old but well maintain condo...

tell ppl u stay at MK,Bangsar even old condo, also got face la..


tell ppl u stay at anjali north kiara, ppl ask where is north kiara...then u say segambut...ppl also no big reaction la..

when come to ur place, maybe will be amaze by private lift lobby, but look at the surroundings really no face la...


buy MK, invite ppl come, ppl will feel "wah....MK luxury o, streets so clean and nice, got ang moh, korean, japan hot chick walk here there leh"...

if compare new development around that area, concerto or verdana are better...

at dutamas area, this area i will call it as real kiara north....just 5 min driving can reach mont kiara oledy..somemore got international school at this area, in future there will built a japanese international school as well...this area not as luxury like mont kiara but definitely better than anjali/scenaria area....

The 3 condos that u mentioned at concerto area, actually its consider mid range condo with facilities....

Those apartments at anjali area, even worst, low cost apartments and a apartments with no occupancy... Gt cemetery and sewege water treatment plant, walking distance somemore

concerto area got more potential compare to anjali...anjali there not much land...many low cost apartments, sewage plant, smk school, old landed which impossible to be demolish in near future for new development...anjalai also just few meters away from the prima tiara low cost apartments, and water treatment plant..


concerto there still got plenty of empty land, walking distance to french int school, future got japanese int school...and the old condos at that area, it's not really cheap, it's consider mid range condominium with full facilities...


most important, dutamas is really so near to mont kiara and soaris dutamas..
solaris dutamas now is the new center of gravity for mont kiara/sri hartamas/dutamas area.....

concerto expensive la..i not afford..only have some units at those condos at dutamas bought at cheap price..

changkat view got African problem? maybe got some African tenants but so far not heard any major problems come out...right now this area start to attract some expat especially French because walking distance to french international school, i saw angmoh expat family enjoy the leisure time at dutamas area condominium swimming pool as well...


concerto block by all side? yes maybe is true, but at least block by those mid range condominium will pool view..

better than anjali block by low cost apartments and "no human stay" apartments..right?



is ok if you think that anjali is better compare to dutamas area...go ahead with your purchase, or maybe if you are anjali agent.....good luck to your sell as well...

i have properties at jalan dutamas raya there, my teneats told me they not even bother go to jalan segambut area there, that part more like a kampung for the indo/bangladesh workers...

normally they shop at solaris dutamas/mont kiara area there, or further up to sri hartamas area..
