In the case of IWK, I have called IWK HQ and a lady by the name of Sha has confirmed that the IWK Langat (UOLG) is Office and also Sewage Treatment Plant.

But I, myself drive everyday to work following the road in front of Lakefront and IWK, no smell whatsoever.

Well said PO, carry on as you normally would. As a consolation, I didn't find any ill intention towards the buyers in your posts, just towards the developer. I'm also not experienced with MCT, therefore, any information regarding them is valuable, but please provide source ya smile.gif

With the rapid rise in the population in that area, considering Cyberjaya Lakefront alone can have more than 22,000 people, I do think this is a valid concern.

The one near Angkasapuri in KL smells really bad... from IWK too if I'm not mistaken

sewage problem more than just smell, although no smell, its eye sore for the view and also the air borne diseases cant guarantee on this... btw i have one unit facing the sewage... >.<

Despite all the negative issues regarding this project, will you go ahead to purchase the unit?

Cos I've been hearing people going to choose the units since January this year.

And now already 4 months to April.

Not sure why they're taking so long to even issue SPA for the buyers to sign... rclxub.gif

So if we signed now, and the project only to materialise in 2021, then the developer might face issues.

I'm not sure if this is true.

I'm really starting to questions your motives...

You seem to be solely interested in bad-mouthing the project and scaring people away. You make up facts (location, total number of units, overall population, etc.) and twist any news into some sort of conspiracy.

Since you made it clear you have no interest in this development, it's time for you to leave this thread alone. You already made your points, many many times over. If you have nothing else to contribute but denigrations, just go.

This thread is for people interested in the Lakefront projects (affordable housing, high end condo and luxury bungalows), it is not your personal punchbag.
