if let say people couldn't get a loan. would they offer R.T.O (Rent To Own) and if anybody is already on rto, what is your experience?

I naively asked the SA whether the house is fully furnished. The SA calmly answer, PR1MA houses are not furnished... I humbly said thank you ^^;

Now, to get money to do kitchen cabinet and to buy furniture... ^^

For the corner unit, you need to add in another RM5K = RM 285K (due to the windows)
Two car park will be provided for each unit without no extra cost

is there any simulator online that can simulate the details given? 4000 houses, family with minimum 3 kids, families with minimum 3 cars, peak hour exit from house, peak hour coming back home?

Or can you really simulate this and not having to actually live your life?

PR1MA is 1932K units = RM280K

The Block A, B, C and D are using one entrance, Blok E, F and G are using another. A, B, C and D are PRIMA's, priced at RM280K with the size 850sqft for each house.

The E, F and G are for developers to sell to open market, priced starting from RM400K with the size of 1010sqft for each house.

I'm not trying to defend PO, but he's like a side in the mind that would like to practice cautious, knowledge gaining and decisions base on evidence, although provoking at times, but geniuses are often like that

In the case of IWK, I have called IWK HQ and a lady by the name of Sha has confirmed that the IWK Langat (UOLG) is Office and also Sewage Treatment Plant.

But I, myself drive everyday to work following the road in front of Lakefront and IWK, no smell whatsoever.

I suggest go to CIMB SS15, got mine approved in 3 days smile.gif

Whereas Maybank near One City, almost 4 weeks no news sweat.gif

Got info from somewhere that MCT is CIMB premier customer, does that effect process?
