I had a look at the show unit last week, the dual key concept unit (type F) looks interesting.

That's for Tower 4 (Diandra). Got two types of units:

Type F: dual key concept, 950sqft + 342sqft = 1292sqft

Type D: 950sqft. Same layout as type F.

Basically, type F is a type D unit with a studio attached to it. Can be used as one big unit or split in two (separate entrance, separate fuse box).

From memory, Type D is 460k facing north, and 495k-505k facing south (higher floor, higher price).

I'm getting a type F unit.

Those are the prices given to me last week and include all discounts.

Type F unit, facing north, high floor, has a selling price of ~700k before discount. I do not know the selling price of other units...

8 towers, ~2400 units. Takes time to build, let alone sell. They haven't confirmed T5-8 yet. Rumours in this thread mentioned the possibility of scraping towers for villa instead if sales are not good (no idea if there's any basis for that).

They did however change the plans for T3 and T4 from the original design and no longer match T1 and T2.

I asked my SA when I booked Tower 4: she told me the ground work / pilling for the remaining towers would be done before my unit is ready, and I should not worry about messy/noisy work. Common facilities are supposed to be ready when T1 VP as well.

I have no idea. The brochure only lists the 40 thematic facilities with an overall design visual, but no details. They will probably be spread around the towers. See page 4 on T3 brochure: http://mct.com.my/cms/upload_files/project...file_000020.pdf

PR1MA is on the same plot of land, but on the other side of the lake, near SJKC Union. There's not much in common between Lakefront Residence and PR1MA besides bordering the same lake. Lakefront Residence is a premium condo, with bigger units and better amenities. That's where the price difference is.

Originally, before Tower C & D were launched, the whole Lakefront Residence project was supposed to be composed of 42-storey towers, identical to tower A & B. You can see it in the earlier brochures and scaled models.

When phase 2 (tower C & D) was launched, that original plan was gone and MCT came up with ~25-storey towers and smaller units for that phase. The overall unit/tower density remains roughly the same (about 300 units per tower), the difference is that tower C & D have more units per floor and the units themselves are smaller.

No change happened after the floor plan was out.

The unit size? It never changed. Phase 2 was launched with smaller units than phase 1 from the get go.

What has changed from the initial concept, is the number of floor in the phase 2 towers. Floor plan, number of units per floor, unit size, all that was never announced until the said phase was launched. And since then, it has remained the same.
