Anyone buying from Tower 4 (Diandra)?
I had a look at the show unit last week, the dual key concept unit (type F) looks interesting.

QUOTE(juniorsia @ Jan 20 2016, 09:57 AM) That's for Tower 4 (Diandra). Got two types of units:Type F: dual key concept, 950sqft + 342sqft = 1292sqft Type D: 950sqft. Same layout as type F. Basically, type F is a type D unit with a studio attached to it. Can be used as one big unit or split in two (separate entrance, separate fuse box). From memory, Type D is 460k facing north, and 495k-505k facing south (higher floor, higher price). I'm getting a type F unit. |

QUOTE(JamesPond @ Feb 18 2016, 01:12 PM) why not all vp at same time? 8 towers, ~2400 units. Takes time to build, let alone sell. They haven't confirmed T5-8 yet. Rumours in this thread mentioned the possibility of scraping towers for villa instead if sales are not good (no idea if there's any basis for that).nobody will stay when construction still running on next one sound no logic at all They did however change the plans for T3 and T4 from the original design and no longer match T1 and T2. I asked my SA when I booked Tower 4: she told me the ground work / pilling for the remaining towers would be done before my unit is ready, and I should not worry about messy/noisy work. Common facilities are supposed to be ready when T1 VP as well. |

QUOTE(max_cavalera @ Feb 18 2016, 03:35 PM) I was just commenting based on what u wrote earlier 😳 No need to explain yourself, you're very well known on this forum. Your "work" in the cyberjaya threads speaks volume.Anyway a lot of other development in cyber is facing challenge in sales... Probably due to price, design/concept not strong, etc. |

QUOTE(leelee1988 @ Feb 28 2016, 10:29 PM) Read something new and interesting about lakefront residence: I think it's always been part of the project. It's mentioned in the brochures I have (T3 & 4).http://nanyangpropertyfair.com/%E5%8D%97%E...B8%BB%E6%89%93/ Since when MCT added these facilities in to this project? more than 40 over facilities??? 举泳池为例,便计有温泉泳池、水上运动池、按摩浴池、盐水泳池、鱼池等等。 For swimming pools, for example, will count with a spa pool, water sports pool, Jacuzzi, saltwater pool, fish pond and so on. (Google direct translate) 公园也分为禅公园、疗愈公园、花香公园、草药公园及茶树园等等;其他标准设备如礼堂、体育场、慢跑道、野餐点等也应有尽有。 Park also divided into Zen park, healing park, floral park, park and tea garden herbs etc; other standard equipment such as auditorium, stadium, jogging track, picnic site, also everything. QUOTE(leelee1988 @ Feb 29 2016, 11:21 AM) I have no idea. The brochure only lists the 40 thematic facilities with an overall design visual, but no details. They will probably be spread around the towers. See page 4 on T3 brochure: http://mct.com.my/cms/upload_files/project...file_000020.pdf |

PR1MA is on the same plot of land, but on the other side of the lake, near SJKC Union. There's not much in common between Lakefront Residence and PR1MA besides bordering the same lake. Lakefront Residence is a premium condo, with bigger units and better amenities. That's where the price difference is.

QUOTE(Spritzz @ Nov 4 2016, 10:47 AM) What you mean about the adjustment unit size in Tower C and D to fit the current economic conditions? If the economic badly down, then the size getting more smaller? Originally, before Tower C & D were launched, the whole Lakefront Residence project was supposed to be composed of 42-storey towers, identical to tower A & B. You can see it in the earlier brochures and scaled models.once the floor plan is out, how to make adjustment on size? build smaller size instead of what agreed on the book. When phase 2 (tower C & D) was launched, that original plan was gone and MCT came up with ~25-storey towers and smaller units for that phase. The overall unit/tower density remains roughly the same (about 300 units per tower), the difference is that tower C & D have more units per floor and the units themselves are smaller. No change happened after the floor plan was out. |

QUOTE(juniorsia @ Nov 4 2016, 02:24 PM) The unit size? It never changed. Phase 2 was launched with smaller units than phase 1 from the get go.What has changed from the initial concept, is the number of floor in the phase 2 towers. Floor plan, number of units per floor, unit size, all that was never announced until the said phase was launched. And since then, it has remained the same. |
