There is not much choice for us anyway, personally I have waited almost 3 years already for pr1ma.
Bukit jalil n cyberjaya1 no luck. I don't think I can wait for another project (cyberjaya2 for instance). So I can't just turned down the lakefront. Currently I'm renting at oug parklane phase 1. The traffic n no. of ppl staying there is not that bad actually, not feeling any overcrowded as what u think. Of coz I see quite a lot of PH in here but as long as they didn't cause any trouble for us, i'm fine with it. 2k unit in lakefront I think its pretty reasonable. |

Loan approved and loan offer letter submitted to MCT before time line(1 month) given.
already brought my DP for S&P signing only to find out they are still preparing for all S&P to be ready before signing. say so la need to wait... i rushed to get the loan in the end still need to wait. Even bank lawyer already called to get a copy of the S&P for their perusal.... |

any tower 3 owner here? this whole project left tower 3 few unsold unit, i wonder why tower 1,2 and 4 sold out but there are still few unit left for tower 3, as i know tower 3 still got few lowest prices unsold units.
