So the school is delayed for 1-2 years? i remember reading somewhere that the school is open for registration for academic year 2016.

Well, previously they have collected quite a bit to make up about the 9 mil they have. Just that this round the event is quite small scale and not many ppl know. It's just like a small fair wf few stalls in front of their sales gallery.

I believe construction already started. Besides the school, can see high rise under construction also.

But the weird thing is registration is still open for PR1MA @ Lake Front. It will take long time before they start balloting.

Not that.

I'm just talking about the construction started and in advance stage, but yet the registration is not even closed yet. Once it's closed, it will take many many rounds of registrant to choose and book the unit. Then they need to sign SPA. Imagine those that book and cannot get loan, then the cycle starts again for 2nd batch to choose and book unit....3rd batch....

by the time they complete the construction maybe also havent fully sold the PR1MA units.

sure got some decided not to purchase or can't get loan. total 1932 units, still got chance to purchase if u r interested. You should ask them how to be on the 2nd round after those dropped out from primary list?

No idea as I'm not with pr1ma and have not registered for one.

But from what I've heard, after the first round, there will be many drop out and they call in 2nd round for unit selection, then 3rd, 4th, etc until all sold. It takes long time to get all the units sold.

As I've suggested, u should ask them, pr1ma....

They already started construction for quite a while. Some blocks even reached level 5 already on top of the parking podium. Usually the earth work and piling will take quite a while, but once the structure is up it's quite fast.

It doesnt make much sense that they need another 4-5 years to complete.

It's a waste for those that give up even u got it. It's not easy to get else where with such size, price and environment. You are just outside SEG, which when fully developed is also a landmark in this region.

I think the design and facilities are not the same. Pr1ma seems like exactly beside the lake while rumah selangorku is behind pr1ma.

Also, to qualify as purchaser, the requirement is different for both.

Not sure of total units. But definitely very high density.

If you prefer lower density, then look for pr1ma in Laman View. 469 units on 6.7 acres. However, you don't have the lake and also no swimming pool.
