my SA says exora bold standard would now be fitted with reverse sensor and will come with colors like exora bold premium which includes elegant brown, cocoa black, plum red and black

anyone else can confirm this?

seem to me gold coloured rim is not matching with silver vehicle, but design wise, i choose the gold one.

maybe the gold color too shiny... i've just replaced 2 tyres to goodyear as it already botak after 1 yr + and 22k km... heavy braking and sometimes wheel spin going out from junction might be the reason.... postponed the sport rim laa.... few design to ponder..

I put 10-30 to my myvi & 10-40 liqui moly to my EB. EB feel smooth ride like 10-40 petronas with X1R. FC reduce from 10.2 to 10.1 with BHP Ron95. My best experienced until now when top-up 10-40 with liqui moly Cerratec. Very smooth & FC down to 9.7 but cerratec too expensive la!

been doing it for the last 3 years with Motor Takaful... yup it 10% discount on top of ur NCB... 10% discount will be calculated from total premium not added to ur NCB... let say ur NCB is 55%... Total premium - NCB = RM1000...

Total payment to be made is RM1000 - 10% = RM900.00 + stamp duty....

Road tax will be using MyEG service... so far so good... few time i get road tax on the same day by using the  normal method (RM8 / 10 forgot), made payment before 11.00am and able to get the road tax by 4.00pm - 5.00pm on the same days... thumbup.gif

Memang best but expensive. After next service without cerratec FC climb back to 10.1/2 & not super smooth. May be worth if service for every 10k km.

Hey guys! Currently my dad is in the hunt for a new MPV for my mom brows.gif

(original post from my thread https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2848050, but i'm also looking for opinions from real Exora owners biggrin.gif)

His budget is anything below RM100K. Reason for MPV is because of
1. Practical (transport stuff, 7 passengers)
2. Since my mom is quite short, she would appreciate the slightly higher driving position of an MPV tongue.gif

My dad is considering between the Toyota Innova which cost RM100K, but after doing some research, I found that Proton Exora Bold CFE Premium cost RM80k and Proton Exora Prime which cost RM89k.

The top of the line Exora's are attractive because of all of the additional features such as leather seats, reverse camera etc.

My questions are,
1. What are the main differences between Bold CFE Premium and the Exora Prime?
2. How's the fuel consumption for the CFE engines (assuming both of the variants share the same FC since it's same engine)
3. I always hear lots of complaints about build quality issues for proton (for example dashboard rattling after a few years, plastics loose/broken, paint peeling).
Has Proton's quality improved with the Exora? (I don't fully believe these "problems" since mostly are made by Proton haters. )
( I want full honesty from true owners themselves wink.gif)

And these questions are only for those who has had experience with a Toyota Innova biggrin.gif
(Please answer ONLY if you have been in an Innova before)
4. How is performance and handling between these two cars?
(Since both are MPV, I don't expect much. Just wanna know which is better between these 2 cars)
5. How is the ride comfort when compared to Toyota Innova? (going over bumps on road, potholes etc)

Thanks in advance for your answers! tongue.gif

sitting in an Innova is like swinging on the road..fuel consump high -2.0 liter..
it sways to much..
my bro in law own one, and regret buying it.. kah kah kah..

me? - proud owner of EB.. with turbo.. kepisH kepisH sound.. kah kah kah..

btw, if still wanna buy bigger Mpv, ( if you dont care second car) buy naza ria - with the engine converted to 2.5 toyota/nissan/mitsu.. naza ria second 35-40k, upgrade engine/ gearbox - 10k.. there u got a super MPV..
