just Rm128 IINM. Don't add additinal thingy like additive or magnet

Just did my first 1k service (1.5k actually) at Intang Matang Sdn Bhd (Taman Sri Muda Shah Alam) as recommended by bro @zakinawi

Price is RM127.60
-RM 112 : Syntium 800sm 10W/40 4L (was asking what about 10W/30, its cheaper yet good for smaller car he said)
-RM 3.35 : Gasket plug oil drain
-RM 12.25 : Oil filter

They fix the gap at my steering cover (the cover on right side can see inside wiring prevly)
And i report there are wind noise if drive above 80kmh... they told me they fix it but i still hear the whistling noise, need to go there again i guess

-Other than that i did ask about change of rim if void warranty or not, they told me if change from standard to premium proton 16" still ok... or probly/logically same size should be ok.. if change to 17" baru really void
-For reverse sensor, he mention as long as no cut wire should be fine as there a socket to install the reverse sensor thingy

Overall the service is great, Monday to Friday , you just need to call and book their time at 016 211 1403 or office 03-5122 2400/401/402
and service took about 2~3 hr.. so better go with friend and jalan2 while waiting. Sorry no pic :)

So anyone have recommended reverse sensor product? :)..
Also will adding visor eliminate the whistling noise?

ps: hmm maybe i should start read the manual to grab the essence of EB :P

Bold-ed part, as far as I know adding door visor will increase wind noise  :hmm:
but so far I never have whistling noise on my premium
maybe if add visor, no whistling but more wind noise

QUOTE(mandrew @ May 17 2013, 03:54 PM)
Adding Visor will not resolve the Wind Noise (as Neo1point3 pointed out, I also read somewhere forum member saying that the Sound was gone only after removing the Visor).
From forums I saw Owners narrowing down their findings to 2 things.
1.  The Side mirror
One of the forum member wrote that he inserted a sponge sort of material inbetween the Side Mirror gap (I believe it is the gap between the Folding Mirror and the holder) and the Noise is gone.

2. The side Quarter Glass.
Another person said that it is coming in from the front Quarter glass. I also tried doing a additional sealing for the quarter glass and feels like the sound has reduced a lot. But not completely.
*
-Upon testing cruising above 80kmh, the whistling sound still exist either window up or down.
-So i assume the source probly from a gap area near the door, as mentioned by @mandrew Option #1: the side mirror, will try above suggestion later on and post result.

-time to hunt reverse sensor,
-btw anyone know the price for the rear mirror thingy that attach to the spoiler thingy? i wonder how effective that rear mirror

this is LPG, not CNG/NGV.. it uses liquid.. just like normal dapur gas, but the tank is different.. in malaysia, we dont have this LPG for cars.. for forklift have la.. we only have Natural gas for vehicle (NGV).. hahaha..
i already contact the shop at Klang, they have install it at exora bold..cfe.. so far he said no problem from the customer.. they use OMVL system..

but still scared to install at CFE engine.. if anything happen, no warranty o to the engine.. maybe will consider to do it after 2-3years.. now my car only 1 1/2 year.. hohoho...
*
ooo like that baru paham...have to wait a bit till 1~2 year after purchase and by that time sure the NGV + Exora mature enough.

Mini research seem the idea of TEKS1M come with NGV, probly CPS?Manual... not sure..

http://www.ngvglobal.com/cng-modified-prot...taxi-fleet-0419
http://www.azelery.com/2013/04/teksi-1mala...-exora-ngv.html

but on SPAD website no news shown related to TEKS1M, except TR1MA
Well have to simpan hasrat for NGV for now :P

With the current oil price increase situation...how do you guys plan to save fuel on your EXORA EB besides the way you drive? X-1R really helps or you guys used different brand? People says SHELL petrol saves...appreciate your sharing and experience. Thanks :)
*
Wondering the same thing :)
My XP Shell do save more overall .. maybe its just my feeling but base on rough observation between Shell, Petronas, Petron, Caltex... Shell more 'smooth' and gain a bit more distance.

Although i read somewhere all minyak the same except color.. but bleh.. i still put Shell as first option.

Anyway once the indicator below 50km distance left at meter, it show "--" right? isist realy ~50km distance/fuel left? or just make you gelabah cari petrol station?

Just sharing some info bila tanya2 some bengkel

EB CFETurbo ni leh pasang NGV, pakai GN Group NGV Kit (Argentina) - sequential
Price also depend on where you wanna put the tank, either atas (inside) or bawah(spare tyre area)
Usually exora use top tank 77ltr. Cost around RM3950, if use below around RM4800 (40ltrx2)

EB non turbo use OMVL (Italy)
Bigas also can be use but "tak cukup power"
JPJ Puspakom no issue they said.
They will lock speed on gas <120kmh, more than 120 the ecu turn to petrol (unless owner taknak)

thats for today

Hi Bro, it's bit expensive as I paid about RM400 including installation.
There is no switch with the DRLs but the workshop added that for me.

You can browse thru the aliexpress.com or maybe ebay.com for a good buy and search for Eagle Eye DRL.
There are lot of choices available and most of it comes with the Unit and the drill bit. Look for those which have built in connectors to connect each other.

For my case, the maximum DRLs which could fit in were 3. Ask the workshop to be careful when they drill.
You can also buy the Sticky ones if you want to avoid drilling.
*
wah your setup really like the one i imagine smile.gif chantek!
so you bought online and as the mech install for ya?
care to share/pm the workshop
