There is a 1 hr free parking wef 1.3.18. At the mean time till 1159pm on 28.2.18 they r testing the system to avoid havoc on commencement day.

I'm there everyday oso no charge but 1.3.18 onwards ll b a diff story liao.

I heard from owner of one new f&b there ( not fountain side ) , biz is not super fantastic but still doing ok and profitable. I suppose it will get better once more shops open and more crowd come in

I think the F&B guys overestimated the footfall in Arkadia, don't think they are making significant money. I won't be surprised if most are making losses.

Actually everyone just waiting for the crowd to build up before start to reno and open more shops that will bring in more crowd.

But the current shops are good enough for me. I like CBTL and village
