I think the F&B guys overestimated the footfall in Arkadia, don't think they are making significant money. I won't be surprised if most are making losses.

Well you guys bring in the examples of Publika and The Curve, without realising the biggest stumble block for Arkadia is its stratified nature.
Unless DPC can magically brings 100 owners into one same direction, else it's not happening. |
