Soli I'm not a guru. I won't say it's gonna fly fr day 1. Not sure bout owners who r so gungho asking bout high rental. As long I cover ethg I dun bother nego any higher.

There is no reason why this would not be successful, it is only a matter of time. Give it some time for sure, many shops are currently under renovation.

Was there yesterday and like the look and feel, again PPC did a good job in delivery a product and even thought of the finer details.

- Car parking bay feels good, light and a breeze to drive through, way finding signs are clear. I especially like the colored parking lot based on the block. I forgot to take photo where I parked, but remembered the blue flooring
- Village Grocer feels good
- I like how agents are not allowed to hang banners indiscriminately, they are all placed inside the units, on a stand. Not even hung on the gates. Great enforcement by PPC?

I like water front's Max Value, CBTL, Tealive, MAYBANK (now moved to arcadia ), and soon to be opened STARBUCKS reserved. But i hate the parking fee.

Nandos opening in waterfront but more to leave soon. Few moved to arcadia and few terminating after lease ends.

Arcadia cp ll start the charges soon. So both oso same same.

More events in arcadia but ppsb not silky oso. Wkend market in arcadia now got wkday market at waterfront. Win win for both.

Onli kopi at 3 birds worth buying even thou expensive. The other 2 big brands r for kopi drinkers. Not kopi lovers.

Try onde kopi susu. Much beta than Kluang. Oso cheaper. We need some of such fnb to start at arcadia otw there is no single fnb there offering gd kopi. All like air sungai onli. Tak boleh pakai wan.

New F&B opening soon. The food and drinks there are very good. Something different. Also the coffee is very good. I have been to the soft opening last weekend.

Hope we get more of this kind of F&B.

Most F&B places are busy during weekends at least, those located around the fountain

Still goto Max Value at water front, slightly cheaper on stuffs. CBTL and SB Reserved at least once a week at waterfront too.
Jaya Grocer once a while only to get higher quality fruits and imported junk food.

I hope Familymart take over the maybank old spot.

Yeah for fresh stuff Village is better... For others way overpriced (like water etc)
