Well said , unlike publika & curve, majority of the arkadia shoplots already sold to individual owners. DPC only owned the carpark area which they already tarik village groccer in , for other units, DPC has no power to select tenants at all.

There could be many units owned by associates and kaki nang lah.....

Outsiders get not so favourable units....

Tis is the usual case for shoplots.

Dpc should get at least one petrol station la...nearest one need to go till manjalara mosque there. Remember last time dpc plan the plot of land beside southlake as the petrol station..now no sound no news

they should not charge for parking yet as the place is still not really filled up..

maybe free for first 2 hours ok lah..nowadays, every ringgit also count for many people..

So have we reached 30% occupancy already here? There are a host of issues and shortcomings of this project but I rather let them figure it out themselves.

Curious, do you guys think this is still a good place to invest in now? (i.e. subsale properties).

I see quite a few units for sale at G, 1st and 2nd floor, though the ground floor units are of less desirable location.

Also noticed many complaints about garbage smell in the Arkadia Facebook page. What smell is that and where is it from? Last I went there this morning, it smelled fine to me.

Haha. Now we play one game, see which outlet will close shop soon. I think:

1. Korea Bbq Chicken.
2. That blue colour door cafe a few doors from Pulau ketam steamboat.
3. Skinny Pig
4. Nyonya restaurant Aunty Lee's
5. That blue pub opposite Pulau Ketam. Maybe money laundering can tahan haha.
6. That pub opposite Coffee Bean.

Urs closed but reopen last nite wo. Why Taiwan now but not kpop??? Aiya boss no need to curse ma. Sure got gd n bad wan. Dun tok too far just tok ur next door. Ppl doin pretty well le but urs like 3 mth wong fei hung. Did u find out how much mthly revenue of other fnb???

Btw ur csm how ar??? Fr 4m to 3.8m wo. Tot u won't giv in to prospect wan??? Anw all asking price there oso more reasonable than urs so u might need to wait a bit more or wait for a fated buyer la. FYI last mth csm type A sold 1 at 3.95m. And 3 mansion sold at slightly above mv given by Bank.

Get all info b4 u price urs. Not curse others hoping to sell fast.
