Just look at Apple's product reveal and you will know what is the optimal product entrance time.
1 week after reveal or immediately after reveal or the Friday of a Tuesday reveal are all good timing.
Even popular product like iPhone also in 3 weeks time available for major markets.

They are big enough & products popular enough that they can reveal at a crowed time slot like 3 mth b4 Christmas
and people still pay attention. HTC if they dont reveal it in a relatively quiet time. their product will not be covered that extensively.

dude please go buy an iOS device and you will know what is damn smooth kao lan dou is and al you need is dual core. Even in the video HTC One there a minor lag.

You must be one diehard HTC one fan to come out with such over exaggerated remarks
You see the same type of smoothness in most recent high end smartphones too

We can't really see the actual performance right now because the actual units is yet to be in the market. We shall try it ourself. But i do believe that there must be a differentiation performance for sure between the current smartphone for example iPhone or whatever compare to the upcoming ones... just a matter of are we able to see the its performance gap and the acceptance level of each individual.

Ppl will still buy this phone but...it not gonna be as much as HTC expected. Delays will surely robs HTC One sales figures

i want get Z before, then turn to this, but its just keep delayed. even Singapore & UK market. , i think S4 will roll out to europe / asia market early of april. why why HTC ??

Ehehe..I was hoping to try this phone first before decide whether I want to get the S4 or not.
The XZ is out of my interest now. You can push back all your buying/trading phones a bit lar.. Buy the XZ when it released here..then trade when this One arrive here..then if S4 interest you..trade it again..lolz.

Buy Z now ( or better choice butterfly) than resell trade in for HTC one n later change to S4
Looking at your previous buying trends I am sure you can afford it

I always like Samsung high end phone. Even the outlook not nice as Sony. So if S4 REALLY looks like S3 (whatever) , I'm definitely still get it. . The review of Z not really good especially Screen. One seems not bad the release date

If choose between Butterly & Z, then better get Z. , One only available here End of April. I think that time maybe S4 already here. . More prefer Samsung. And Uncle Benny, i'm not that rich lah .

For time being, nobody of us have a chance to compare both but probably u can use HTC Butterfly Full HD screen compare with iPhone 5 retina... i think HTC One screen (469ppi) and Butterfly screen (441ppi) is about the same...
Maybe ONE will be abit sharper too due to screen size 4.7" to squeeze in 1920 x 1080 px compare to Butterfly has 5".

Just my opinion...

i also prefer s4, but wait till launching of s4 to see got wat special thing first.. but HTC one really attractive especially the front speaker and the aluminium body..hope it wont disappointed me like 1X before..
