In what sense or time frame would you describe an optimal product entrance?

I dont think so..it look like having 2 simcard slot inside.

Optimal product entrance is 2 - 4 weeks after announce/unveiled to public.

HTC got to be fast if wanted to stay compete.. This is crucial moments for them.

HTC One was unveiled to public last month (Feb) and only be here at the end of next month (April).
Lost it optimal product entrance already. HTC should do better than that..next year for its new flagship phone.

I also notice the dual sim thingy. I think its most likely a china knock off dual sim version of the Note 2.

I hope this phone will be available here before S4 arrive at our market as i still wish to give this beast a try first.

Not exactly, I find the optimal product entrance making sense. Especially judging by HTC's current sales condition. Differs from iPhone, to have a lot of fans willing to wait.

Technology is pushing day to day, it's important to release the flagship to the market ASAP. The more the delay, the higher chance they are losing the market share to other device.

When it comes to Xperia Z and HTC One (The only two flagship that announced almost same time) It's pretty clear that who enter the market first will grab the first portion of market share first. Regardless of whether the user might end up changing device, the key is they manage to sell the device.

I think they both did not prepare well for such overwhelming response. I'm sure Samsung and Apple can do better preparation, but well they have the largest market share in the world so cant blame them to have all the resources after all

Agreed..both HTC and Sony need to do better in their marketing strategy as they really need new user to boost their sales figures.

One important thing is not to let their potential buyer wait long time once their product unveiled to public/market.

for dual sim maybe big possiblity that china got many users using dual sims.

last time usually for low-mid range phone, to concur this china market, they maybe make it dual sim slot
