I am pretty sure you will see HTC One + in another few months !!!

Even htc butterfly display I find is much better than xperia Z. Z display nice only to those who prefer a more natural look without the dark contrasts n color vibrancy

HTC needs to learn marketing from Samsung or Apple

I will not consider this model as less than 5 in display. Even 5 inch butterfly n xperia z I consider too small

You must be one diehard HTC one fan to come out with such over exaggerated remarks
You see the same type of smoothness in most recent high end smartphones too

Buy Z now ( or better choice butterfly) than resell trade in for HTC one n later change to S4
Looking at your previous buying trends I am sure you can afford it

One X battery life is bad . Butterfly is much better n I have no complains. Best battery from all HTC I have used to date. I believe this HTC one should be better than one X too

Mine was on ICS when I was using it
Sold it off after a month using mainly due to its bad battery usage

I thought it was already quoted end April here and end March in Spore . Since you are in JB, get it from Spore. HTC has excellent service support in Spore

I am running HTC sense5 on my missus butterfly
It is lighter than sense 4+
The blink feed is amazing n updates quick
Great for those who subscribed to tweets n newsfeeds n Facebook kaki who need constant updates. You can choose to update only with wifi if you are concerned about higher battery drain on 3g
Had never like sense UI but sense5 had indeed impress me

HTC one only end April it seems in Msia

It is custom rom based on HTC One - is a full HTC Sense 5 rom with all Sense 5 features . I have check it against all the reviews done on HTC sense 5 and nothing seems to be missing and even the screenshots/fonts are exactly same as that in HTC One. is it really a 100% reproduction - I have no idea !

The default TW launcher will not run if you replace it with, say NOVA launcher. If your phone is rooted , you can even choose to delete it or disable it. The main disadvantage of not using TW launcher you cannot use most of the Samsung widgets, which basically I don't use. Same goes for HTC Sense

Smoothness is subjective and most users will not even know smoothness unless they have experienced some better phones. Most users will use the default launchers without even knowing there are alternative launchers. Unless they have a chance to use other phones, they are not even aware there could be smoother performance phones. I have seen so many of such users. Not every user is like us in this forum who are more knowledgeable and tech inclined.
They paid RM 1.5-2.0K for a high end phone and do not really fully utilised it. I have even friends using iphone, Note, Note2, S3 and do not even know anything about iTunes/Market/Apps store. They need anything installed they go back to their friendly seller and get stuffs installed, ringtones installed. Sometimes they proudly tell me and show me the latest stuffs. Usually these sellers installed pirated stuffs for them at a nominal fee

All these reviews just use as a guide

Engadget take on the battle between the S4 and HTC one - one word , "marketing" will decide the final winner
A pity if HTC one loses out to the S4 as it is indeed a very good phone with specs as good as S4 and in a better build. however if the reported supply chain problems still persists and delays in availability unresolved it will just turn off potential buyers
