The phase more north bound is phase A2-01a, from InP website mentioned will also be launched in 2013, not sure about that. That location will be the 'G-spot' of AI as mentioned by President AMINT. rclxms.gif

Not going for this phase this round because the floor plan unable to impress me. You going for it?

Oh...with split level as well, check the red line.

Those units at RM 799k are those with not so good numbers, beside d road & so on . Meaning the good units start at RM 829K. Wow. ..

For own stay, if u like it may b OK, for investment, very subjective, cos the cost is relatively high at d moment,& u may need to hold after VP. just check ard and c whether u can find similar product at this price at a freehold new township, then compare and decide.

Which one is worth it for own stay, Tenun or Tari? the price different around RM100K for cheapest unit.

If you CAN afford the additional 100k, go for Tari. Reason:

1. Better location - elevated land, new precint, near to future commercial area
2. Bigger land size - although smaller built-up for now, but possible for future extension on the back

If thats the case, Tari is quite good deal then. Built up 2454 sq ft still ok, just smaller bu 10% ono compare to Arca and Karya but new and location nicer.

Sycluap, can youn recall how many phases of 'normal size ' terrace ( 22x80, 22x75, 24x80 ) left at Alam Impian?

From the AI Master plan, the left over phases yet to launch are mainly superlink 25x85, semi d & bungalows. Correct me if I am wrong brother. happy.gif

Yes, agree to location is one of the best in AI. But I am still a little drawn back by the floor plan, especially kitchen area.
