My rough calculation, not final

Total 1943
Precinct 1 = 834 (43%)
Precinct 2 = 751 (39%)
Precinct 3 = 358 (18%)

22’x80’ = 563
24’x80’ = 681
25’x85’ = 513
26’x85’ = 60
28’x80’ = 126

Precinct 1 = 22’x80’ (563) + 24’x80’ (271)
Precinct 2 = 24’x80’ (238) + 25’x85’ (513)
Precinct 3 = 24’x80’ (172) + 26’x85’ (60) + 28’x80’ (126)

So far I&P has sold bout 70% of link houses! remaining bout 596 units (including Tari). Hard to find this type of super low density development anymore. Rimbayu 1st launch already 500 units which is very unhealthy to me

Referring the the masterplan above:
1. 22x75 - Infront of Pentas 4 (originally planned to be Middle cost apartment).
2. Pink - SEMI-D
3. Light Orange - Bungalow
4. Light Yellow - 25x85
5. Orange - 24x80
6. Blue - Commercial

Generally, no more 22x80 after Tenun, as the smallest foot print changed to 22x75. But there are still 1 last precint which will have a number of 24x80 which is located near the roundabout from ECONSAVE / Kg. Jawa entrance.

If not mistaken, there are about 22/23 phases, Pentas 1 is no. 11 I guess
P2 & P3 has 685 units of 24'x80' still.
Btw 24'x80' is a Superlink size already

Totally agree with you. What made me so interested about AI was the super low density township. Some may mention the commercial by InP is not good, but for me personally, I prefer a place to stay than total busy commercials. After all, it is not far to travel to Sunway, Subang or even Aeon Bukit Tinggi isn't it? Furthermore, no one can really sure how's the commercials will perform in AI. Maybe something extraordinary is coming?

At the centre, there is one endlot got alot of free extra land after the main gate, can park at least 4 more cars. But it is location at the junction, not sure in term of feng shui good or bad. If i guess it correctly the lot number is 116353.

Go to sales gallery and talk to SA, ask them whether you allow to book a unit without paying the booking fees of RM 10,000 ( normally ) or not? Inform them you need to check your loan status first. Normally they will give you around 1 week before you confirm your loan and later proceed for S&P and booking fees, then 60 days to settle the remaining 10%.

So, get the booking form / receipt first, check with banker on your loan. Now soft launch stage, not so crowded, so hope they will allow for this new phase.

Official launch on Saturday, SA said so far 14 units booked, new launch Tari advertised on both Star & Sinchew, at least their marketing style change a bit by doing more promotions like to advertise on local newspaper lately.

+1 rclxms.gif , will finish slowly.

Those day Pentas 4 also having similar problem, price higher with smaller build up, I&P style, sell slowly, now almost fully sold.

I recalled the foundation/construction works has started for this new phase, if possible, you should go to the site ( see whether can snake in just to have a look ) before you make any decision. Feel it yourself.

If Chinese, get better house number, no curve road, no junction, but this phase has split levels so ask SA to clarify the units with split level, high /low units, direction wise should be OK as no more West facing like Nukilan 3. smile.gif

Just back from the gallery. 16 units booked thus far
The layout is very similar to Pentas 1.

Looks like I&P is heeding the call for commercial vibrancy, they will be developing commercial hubs at Sri Petaling, Alam Damai, Temasya, and here in Alam Impian ...

But when pressed for a commencement date for AI commercial hub, they can only say latest 10 years from now ... sigh
