I would want to learn how to choose good units  Brother, this phase is a bit difficult, being the boundary next to existing old housing area, top with mosque ( no offend to Muslim ), bottom with sewage ( fortunately some 1 told me not much smell but eye sore only ) , whole phase is not flat with split level... But entry price not bad, finishing work is good,can see from some of the existing rows already, direction wise, personal preference; with morning sun so south east if available. Next new launch 24x80 will starts from RM 799K, with smaller build up as compared with Karya & Arca, SA said around 2500-2600 sq ft. Price up but with smaller build up...Wow...
