Am gonna study it for a while. The location was unexpected as I thought I will be slightly more northbound with lake view but I guess it makes sense for them to launch this first

Just back from the gallery. 16 units booked thus far
The layout is very similar to Pentas 1.

Looks like I&P is heeding the call for commercial vibrancy, they will be developing commercial hubs at Sri Petaling, Alam Damai, Temasya, and here in Alam Impian ...

But when pressed for a commencement date for AI commercial hub, they can only say latest 10 years from now ... sigh

Hi, LTV cap is based on outstanding loan and not property under whose name. Hence for your case either party loans or even joint loan will be 90% margin

Taikor, from the price list type B will be a round 1.1mil non bumi 1mil bumi, type C 1.4mil non bumi and 1.3mil bumi

True. That's coz they reduced the livable space 'length' by almost 8 ft.. sigh

Despite the response, I feel Pentas current price offers better value for money vs Tari. It's the little things as well like the twin basins in master bedroom toilet, the powder room, the more spacious kitchen, the alarm system ... I feel like giving up my Tari booking d ...
