Went down to see tenun today.

Concerns:

1. Tenun's only remaining units are facing the factory area. I've read from the previous posts that the factories are now dormant. How true is this, and what will happen to the factory zone later on ?


2. The loji pemprosesan, wouldn't that be a concern for smelly stuff?

Went to check out the factories south of tenun.  The closest one facing the south row of tenun is call IPH.  They make hydraulic piling machine.  So in term of air pollution, there would not be any , since i dont see a chimney, but I think should have noise if they test their machine there.  Spoke to the workers there too and they said the same. 

The factory is also at same level with tenun.....

Finally I am in, i chose nukilan 3 instead of BR, hope my choice is wise

Dropped by Sales Gallery today, and the SA confirmed that it was a mistake on the model house. It should be 24x80, not 24x90. I had a chance to browse through the staff magazine (only for internal reading), which this phase A2-01(b) 24x80 was planned to launch in July, but delayed. Pricing starts from RM798,888 to RM1,698,888.

The price is really steep

Yes boss, you have a valid point there. But only for my own expectation, I was hoping it to start from 760k, which is ~50k from last Tenun launching price due to 2 feet wider, so I may be able to grab another unit. I know this will only happen in my dream 

Hahaha, no la, only a plan. At the end of the day, if buying also, it belongs to the bank, not mine. it still need many many years before I can declare it mine.

AI will have a internal property fair at their Sales Gallery this Saturday. And seems like InP trying to woo also chinese buyer, because they advertised full page in a chinese new paper today

Actually, i don't quite understand why would being close to petrol station a bad thing?  never heard of one exploding before.  Any other reasons?

With the increase of fuel prices, I wonder the building materials used for our nukilan would be shortchanged?
