U bought which direction? Facing north or south? Actually I want to buy one but don't which direction is better? Is it facing south got factory? Anyone any idea?

Honestly, both are same product with different layout. No doubt, Tenun's location is better than the Nukilan 3. More central of the AI and next to those Pentas series, the 25x85. While Nukilan is nearer to border of master plan, end to end with a loji and masjid but, near to AI main entrance.

For me, both weigh in pro and con itself.

For terrace house constrution, the time completion will normally ahead of schedule such as 1 year to 1 1/2 to VP. I just curious of I&P project in Alan Impian will be the same as well or follow S&P strictly i.e. 2 Years?

Great that the process is almoat completed. Loan letter of offer signed, waiting on loan agreement and now the SAP agreement as well. Paid the RM10k to lawyer today as well. I&P quoted completion of Tenun is May 2015. Just under 2 years, or even sooner, who knows. Snapped a pic at the site today, no units with interiors completed, else can curi2 just now, hahaha...
