Hi jfcheong,

Thank you so much for your swift response, if the estimated maintenance cost really stated as per your response then I will consider it reasonable infact cheaper compare to Jap car. I am currently using Nissan Grand Livina and my 5000km service already cost me RM300++. =)

I am not patriotic either,but will still consider Peugeot or Citroen cos they are innovative. However this is subject to service and maintenance being able to keep up with innovations! tongue.gif

Hi fellow Pug 408 owners, beside the national made, the market have the Japanese brands, Korean, German, French, American. Are you ready for Brits brand MG coming to Malaysia especailly the same C segment model MG6.

I know it is off topic so forgive me if it intrudes. then we can talk it over at the dedicated thread for that

i know a friend who wanted to handle the brand but unfortunately, federal auto beat him to it! seems like the big dealers these days are looking to become franchise holders already. the reviews have not been glowing for the models they retail but they're not bad either. just around middle of the road but handling is one of their strongest traits as per the reviews done by uk reviewers. if they do come, it would be wise for them to be priced a little lower than peugeot because they really need a bit more time and expertise to match peugeot's build quality or even the service network.

by the way, did anyone manage to test drive the 208 over the weekend?

RM10K discount...you need to 'demand' for it, and the SA need to submit to the management for approval.

208 already launch last week. last weekend had test drive units at OU and i believe also available at showroom. Went to the roadshow at OU last weekend and got nice tote bag,note book and 208 brochure with all the specs. biggrin.gif

Last question and sorry for bugging your life cause I am really interested with 408T and if possible would like to get the best deal. How do you find out about this 10k promo? Did you manage to request for it?

belum official launch... a few days more for that. they just release it for test drive and sale. price also out already these days, the official launch is just a formality for media. previously, the prices were only announced during the launch but i think they're starting to do things differently already.
