What you doing is right. Buy a turbo means enjoy it,not bother about FC. The woo woo sound is actually your engine ,nothing to worry about.

When you slow down quickly by braking,the gears step down. As the gears change to lower gears the engine revs up.The sound is the engine reeving up!

Elantra is a pretty car and the 1.8L does match 2L power. However the engine is not as refined as the engine on the 408NA. Elantra's engines strain a loud roar upon hard acceleration. Elantra does not match 408NA handling. This is where the Pug is a class above .

Whenever I hit the breaks from a speed of about not to be mentioned due to legal reasons, I notice that the volume of radio automatically goes down, and for goes back up as I accelerate. Anyone else noticed it?

Also contacted the venttec visor vendor. Was quoted 200rm. Waiting on reply for location to install. Will put up pics once done.

Fyi, Peugeot 408 intro into Malaysia's market starts back in May 2012. Most of early batch driver get their car around June 2012. And nowadays, I thought automotive survey are giving out 200-300 per person?

My 408T had new shoes, same size 17" but i get engineering people do the special spacer from 4x108 to 4x100 with 1" thicker for my future mod. I intend to change to 18" sport rim..but it will make my car damn high later onn. So i will change 18" sport rim after my 30,000km suspension warranty over in order for me to use Eibach Lowered Spring. For temporary...i quite happy with my 408T as it looks more fierce than bfr...after use the spacer and pull out the rims..i realize that it make my car more stable especially during wheel turning.
