QUOTE(gkl83 @ Oct 11 2011, 10:11 PM) did they send email to you after the call? perhaps u should request for email in polite ways rather than u say u r bz... i got the email once after my call as i request emailing in polite way (excuses such as poor VOIP audio quality, bad hand phone coverage, etc) and i showing my interest on that offered position while during the conversation... I felt that too, poor choice of words.. Nop didnt get the mail, he says he isnt in the position to send mail.. Ahh, shld i call the same number again tmr?

You should've shown your interest instead of telling him that you're busy if you're keen on getting a job I got a email of job description from Huawei because I've requested it politely... QUOTE(fadz8L @ Oct 12 2011, 12:37 AM) What they asked ? hehee Yea man, how was the interview? Any discussion on the package yet?

Any discussion on the package yet? just a technical interview only... ask what is my capabilities, what i doing in my current company and what i know about the wireless technology... later just ask what is my expected salary... quick and clean interview... anyway, it is still a contract employment... so my expecation to hire wasn't that high...

QUOTE(chickenking1 @ Oct 10 2011, 03:07 PM) Hi guys, any Malaysian here work for Huawei but based overseas like in China, Argentina, Mauritius, etc as expat? If yes, I would like to know should we purchased the air ticket 1st and the amount will be reimburse back later in the salary? Another question will be, when you are out of the country where you are based in or back in Malaysia for holidays, do they pay you the daily allowance? Hope to hear from either 1 or 2 expat working for Huawei for guidelines and feedbacks. Thanks! There will be a team who will buy you air ticket. You no need to pay for your air ticket in advance. You will not get any travelling allowance if you back to your native country.

In my opinion, those who wants to earn quick money but have no plans on your career path should join Huawei.....just my 2cents

I am a 22 years old fresh graduate, will work as Pre-Sales product engineer start from next monday.
They asked me to attend the interview of Application Service Engineer, but after heard the job scope, i rejected the interview coz the postition not my preference.
Then go apply global service technical enginner but failed at last stage.
Finally i got a offer of the current postiion. May be as a fresh graduate mayb i should work 1st and dont be too choosy LOL
Btw, huawei offers better salary compared to zte,I also rejected the offer of technical support engineer from zte b4.

Totally disagree about freshgrad joining 1 year, then, jobhop to another company. Usually, I reject these type of applicants because they don't have perseverance and determination. Suggest to work for minimum 2-3 years before changing a job. You could change job within same company. Why not?

If dont have project on hand that time for sure huawei no able to renew his contract or offer him to permanent... At last still need look for job... Unless the staff offered full time but still a job hopper... For sure i wont hire this kind of staffs...
