gkl83: same here, I'd got a call from Huawei for the same position, if i'm not mistaken....were u previously working with teledynamic? Do you mind sharing your thoughts about this job? I'm in telco industry and I'm dealing with chinese vendors a lot, I totally know how the work of this position is going to be......the customer will throw all the toughest jobs that even themselves couldn't handle to the vendors to settle the mess.....

why do u think i worked with teledynamic before?
you going for the interview too?

i'm also in telco too but wired + wireless product...
but my wireless products no related with GSM, LTE, network backhaul or whatever related with data connection...

anyway, the requirements of this position are welcomed fresh graduated or with 1 year experiences...
but mine is 5 years working experiences in technical and management...
doubt that why they think i'm suitable for this position even though no submitted my CV to them before... sweat.gif
so i totally no idea about the job scope of this position... sweat.gif
maybe they have other arrangement for me since i got 5 years working experiences...

anyway, i'm prepared for interview as i need new job to sharpen my technical skill smile.gif

same here, I didnt submit my resume as well.....I'm having about 2years of experience in transmission project management and implementation, but since the job requirements consider even a fresh graduate....and they're rushing u for interview..i doubt it'll be a good position. I didn't reply to huawei....perhaps I should wait for u to attend the interview first and share to us? tongue.gif rclxms.gif when is your interview?

huh? why dont give a new life for yourself, it may a good start for u...
my interview will happened on next week at etiqa twin tower, wasnt that KLCC...
sound like i can "dig" their wallet aggressively too... brows.gif
but problem is i no able to commit going to oversea too often as i got a new family here to take care
and have to OT everyday as HW running short of man power now...  sad.gif

digging their wallet sounds good brows.gif but remember Huawei only hire contract staffs, please be prepared to work overload and bearing the risk of losing jobs after the projects were completed....I'd like to find new opportunities as well..dat's y i'm still thinking...........sigh, any advise please?

i dont mind work like cow and serve 24X7...
bcos what is doing now also work like shit and standby support for my customers...  tongue.gif

but i will request for full time rather than contract bcos i cant afford for losing job suddenly...
perhaps i can add-on my "value" with bond contract to work with HW for 1-2 years as i understood train new staffs wasn't that easy too...

i agree, it is more secured to be permanent than contract.

slim chance in getting a permanent position....anyway, goodluck to gkl83, hope you'll get the job....i'm still thinking whether to reply the PIC or not.... hmm.gif

You should've shown your interest instead of telling him that you're busy if you're keen on getting a job doh.gif I got a email of job description from Huawei because I've requested it politely...

hm... starting to felt that pre-sale product engineer wasn't a good position
as believe Huawei looking for new staff replacement due to the resignation of existing staff...  sweat.gif
*
that's true....I've been dealing with Fiberhome (one of Huawei's main competitor) staffs for about two years and non of them had the intention of switching to Huawei...what I've heard about Huawei so far is all about good pay, but when asked why people are still running away if the pay is good, the answers are too much stress, got no time to rest and it's contract basis. In my opinion, those who wants to earn quick money but have no plans on your career path should join Huawei.....just my 2cents biggrin.gif
