Anyone working in this company before? as i know, it's a china company which located in klcc area, they are expanding recently, may i know how's the working environment there, how the paid and any comments about this company? Please share your informations, thanks!

Huawei is a big IT solution provider company dealing with contract projects like government sector and private sector like IBM, Getronics, Panasonics.

Check on this link. Their company usually is looking for experience worker instead of fresh graduate.

They are not expanding recently, they have been expanding since 2000. I have a friend working there, he join as an engineer, few years back he is promoted to management incharge of order people to do this and that, travel every month, good pay, nice working environment, travel to australia....around the world.

Wow..not bad the benefits, i said it's expanding cause a big recruit advertisement shown on last saturday star jobs area..anyway, thanks for the info mner!

so he is located in oversea ... so his allowance total up monthly will be more then his basic salary

Indeed, Huawei is a global player, they have tender project around the world. So you might be travel alot when you joined them. It is depending which team you are in and did Huawei won the bid of the project.

I'm not sure about that, my friend join Huawei after he completed his master in engineering and he was a fresh grad when he joined Huawei.

Please take note on this, if you want to move up the career path in huawei, you need to be loyal to the company, means work there for more than 2 years.

I can't ask my friend to recommend people I don't know to put their resume on top of other people. I can introduce my friend to you once you join huawei.

Huawei not in telco industry?

My cousin work for this company and station in Hong Kong and travel to Shenzen most of the time. The pay is quite good, i think it is at least RM6k / month

Travelling is frequent if you want to work in Huawei Malaysia since the KL office is their Asia Pacific HQ. Frequent travelling = 1-2 months.

Good I like travel.....and their will pay you USD 40 per day....hehe....Nice??

Well this company make those networking devices like CISCO. But it's cheaper because Huawei is a China or Taiwanese company.

I did apply for it thru jobstreet but i think they would look for experienced engineers in the field. It's a big company anyway.
