Huawei Technologies, Anyone working there?

Hi all, Anyone working in this company before? as i know, it's a china company which located in klcc area, they are expanding recently, may i know how's the working environment there, how the paid and any comments about this company? Please share your informations, thanks!

Huawei is a big IT solution provider company dealing with contract projects like government sector and private sector like IBM, Getronics, Panasonics. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HuaweiCheck on this link. Their company usually is looking for experience worker instead of fresh graduate.

I have a friend working there, he join as an engineer, few years back he is promoted to management incharge of order people to do this and that, travel every month, good pay, nice working environment, travel to australia....around the world.

my fren join in got a nice basic pay ... and high daily allowance in USD so he is located in oversea ... so his allowance total up monthly will be more then his basic salary

Indeed, Huawei is a global player, they have tender project around the world. So you might be travel alot when you joined them. It is depending which team you are in and did Huawei won the bid of the project.

Travelling is frequent if you want to work in Huawei Malaysia since the KL office is their Asia Pacific HQ. Frequent travelling = 1-2 months.

Well this company make those networking devices like CISCO. But it's cheaper because Huawei is a China or Taiwanese company.
I did apply for it thru jobstreet but i think they would look for experienced engineers in the field. It's a big company anyway.
