No worries on office politics, maybe you'll encounter it on the customer side, not in Huawei.

1) Able to speak and read chinese (I can't read chinese though..hehe)
2) Willing to work and travel
Agree to all except point 1. No OT la, only allowance.
Politic wise, never encounter before as well.
hey you are senior staff in huawei..mind to share what should i study/focus for the global technical service engineer? I can speak and read chinese well, but the command of english
