That's right. Huawei only offers contract role in Malaysia.

There will be two types of employment:
1. Direct Hire (under Huawei)
2. Outsource (under Kelly Service / iForte)

Both direct hire and outsourced are contracted. Afaik there's no "permanent role".
The contract will be 1 year / 2 years / so on, depends on the role and position's level. Normally if you did not do anything wrong, they will renew the contract everytime when it expired.

Position Type: Both direct hire (Fixed term renewable contract) and outsourced are contracted basis / position. There's no permanent position.
Fixed Allowance: RM 200 handphone, RM 200 transportation, depends on position.
Bonus: Eligible if under fixed term renewable contract hire.
Variable Allowance: Travel allowance, hardship allowance, per diem allowance, range from RM6K to RM15K, depends on position, countries travel, and merits.
Insurance: AIA medical. Group insurance PA and travel insurance.
Annual Leave: Standard 16 days.
Travel Per Diem Allowance: USD 30 to 100/day depends countries travel.
Short Term Travel Allowance: If travel exceed 3 months, MYR 120 - 150/day inclusive of weekend, depends countries travel.

Anyone still working in Huawei?

I banana, mandarin can la speaking only.

Will be having 2nd interview with the Department head. My banana mandarin will it be a problem for me for my interview.

Mandarin is a must as most of the counterparts are from China even your boss and big boss. But it depends on your role and job requirement.
