Hi guys, I attended the technical interview on last Monday. The interviewer said I passed the first interview and wait for second interview by HR staff. Unfortunately, on that day the HR schedule is full and ask me to go back first and wait for their call.

Up til now, the HR team has not call me to schedule the second interview. Should I call them to enquire?

I have been to there for logistics post. The interviewer did not ask about my experience or education, perhaps I should said they no ask any question except whether I can work late til 9pm mostly daily and can be superman or not, because very stress.

I belief work at there can learn if willing to put all your time for them for this post, as they have no system, as per them, thing need to record by yourself manually and they don't think SAP system is good (funny ~~~)

No offence, just to share, that is the little funny thing I expereince during the interview, still have a lots.

I had roughly go through the entire threat and get to know that normally there's will be 2 to 3 interviews for Huawei hiring process..

1st interview - technical related by immediate superior
2nd interview - HR
3rd interview - Director? (Perhap not every candidate)?

Will Huawei hiring ppl with up to 2nd interview only?
What kind of preparation need to be in place for 2nd interview?

Usually you only need to convince the 1st interviewer. The 2nd interview is just a formal matter whereby they will ask you when you can start work and so on.

Meaning if passed 1st interview, most likely will be hire?
2nd interview is for negotiation?

Yes, if your performance is above average, you will get the increment after probation

Guys, stop complaining your interviews for so many times.... I can tell you guys, I've had total 5 interviews and it take 2 months to completed....sounds terrible right? after joining 2 months..... I commends are as below...

1) Never simply make a trust on people, filter it before you make a judge
2) Curious kills the cat.... mind your own business as there are quite politic...
3) Know your role well, there are ton of Taichi masters there....don't simply work for other and bear the risk with no value
4) Work hard, believe your boss, he/she will know that
5) Learn to be Dr. Yes (optional to all bosses)

luckily i'm in a good dept, my boss and seniors are very helpful so that i've decrease the chances of banging wall....
