It depends on which department you are working in. I think this is the same in all companies.
If the company/department doing well, and you are performing well, you could get reasonable increment.

I think you would get increment after probation.

Nowadays still got increment after probation? Very very less i think...

Many banks... Maybank, HSBC.
Why worry before joining? the HR will let you know when you join, and you can get your bank account ready within hours anyway.

Lots of stuffs to do. However, there are many secretaries that has opportunities in advancing their career.
Secretary -> Finance dept, etc.

Of course, you would need to put in efforts. Nothing comes for free. And not all secretaries got this opportunity.

Work till midnight, work over weekends. Depends on projects and which dept. you are in.
Usually the company will renew your contract if you are performing well. No worries.

Hi all,
I've just been called up for an interview for the position of Product Engineer(Network Solutions). Normally what kind of technical questions I should be expecting? From the job requirements, one of them is "Strong technical knowledge in at least one of the following technologies: PDH, SDH, DWDM, microwave, MSAN, FTTx, DSLAM, switches and routers." What you all think?

I've been working in non-telecommunications field for over 1 year. I'm a telecommunication graduate, but then my telecommunications knowledge seems to be rusted already. Interview on Friday, and I have less than 48 hours to recall all the things I studied in University. Hopefully can get any tips from here.

Thanks very much!!

Hi all,
I've passed the technical interview with the department manager & team leader. Now there is another interview with HR manager on this Wednesday. Normally what kind of questions the HR manager will ask?

Hope to get some feedbacks from those who have gone through this process.

Thank you very much!
