My housemate works in huawei, he is seldom at home because he works days and nights... workoholic... ><...
But if you are freshgrad and want to excel fast, learn a lot and gain real experience that push you to the deep in the first few years of your career, huawei is best place to work in, after you can survive in hauwei.. think you should be able to cope in your future jobs...
From what i heard, be ready to do many things... chinese say bao shan bao hai... do moutain do sea.. everything need to do.. haha..

Hi,
About 2 month ago I got an opportunity from Ageny for Consultant in Huawei based on ShenZhen/Hong Kong and will support the Bidding & Delivery on MEA (Middle East Africa). After 2 times short interview (around 10 min / interview) they offer the package and after 1 week negotation I accept their package. They said the HR process will take 3 - 7 weeks after salary aggrement. Is it any body know about the environment for this job role ? Is it any allowance (transport/phone, etc) for on-site support ? On package aggrement they agree to provide Housing/Hotel for onsite support.

Been monitoring Huawei for a year now. Always interest to join them. Seem that there are many vacancies available every month.
Is this has something to do with Huawei setting up a regional HQ here or new hire resign within a few months. I am hoping for both because I fancy my chance this coming CNY period.

(b) How to apply for job in Huawei? © will the interview stages be hard? 1. Yes, they definitely accept other races. But you might struggle since most of the docs are in chinese. 2. Thru their web or simply submit your resume to their HR. Or if you know anyone from Huawei, then ask them to help you to submit your resume... They can earn commission, and you can get a job. Interview stage ah? Just say you are willing to work like a cheap labor, then your name will be on top of the list.

Not much, but definitely better than the rest in the industry...even Ericsson also cannot fight. Bonus - The best in the industry. Work harder and you will have slightly more~

Is the salary and bonus still going to be good if it is a non-technical job such as training coordinator?

QUOTE(MyWifeCar @ Feb 22 2011, 06:18 PM) Related field or not? 5k kua....? It's not direct related.... Btw, i have another question. If I had told wrongly my minimum salary expectation during interview... can I still negotiate with Huawei HR during offer time? I was too nervous during interview and causing wrong calculation. I afraid they will offer me either lower or same as my minimum expectation... just wonder Huawei HR is good to bargain? This post has been edited by jesslynn: Feb 22 2011, 10:52 PM

What do you mean not direct related? Meaning you are from IT but was assigned to be RF engineer ah?
HR offer your salary based on your previous salary, and they normally request for your previous payment slip...
