I got an offer from Huawei as well, i'm still struggling don't know shall I join as they are work in contract even you're a permanant workers

I just joining Huawei about 2 weeks time, as I heard my senior told me that Huawei will only increase salary about 2~3 years once? is that true?

Guys, stop complaining your interviews for so many times.... I can tell you guys, I've had total 5 interviews and it take 2 months to completed....sounds terrible right? after joining 2 months..... I commends are as below...

1) Never simply make a trust on people, filter it before you make a judge
2) Curious kills the cat.... mind your own business as there are quite politic...
3) Know your role well, there are ton of Taichi masters there....don't simply work for other and bear the risk with no value
4) Work hard, believe your boss, he/she will know that
5) Learn to be Dr. Yes (optional to all bosses)

luckily i'm in a good dept, my boss and seniors are very helpful so that i've decrease the chances of banging wall....

haha, it is not a good idea to let people know which dept am I coming from follow my advise 1 & 2, haha, you should got my words, dont' you?

Hahaha, wondering what happen here,
The people in Huawei are trying hard to run off from this company;
But the people from outsite are trying hard to join here....
It is not as good as you thought..... unless you're willing to meet the below requirements

1) Unlimit OT with no OT claims
2) Able to work on weekend.... as they will provide you a notebook
3) MC is nothing here, you can work at home....as long as you're still alive
4) The workload will never finished....no matter how hard you try...
5) Those holy shit internal process.... it takes time and waste time
6) Force to accept those unreasonable procedures, no matter how ridiculous, you can only take it or leave it
7) Mobile phone is not allow to power off, just like 7-11, whenever your boss call you, you have to answer
8) Don't expect too much of increament, unless you're a machine which willing to work 24hours
9) Internal political, it is the most torturing...
