Just to share my AMEX fraud experience.
Close to midnight, received a few SMSes relating to USD transactions from Karmaloop.
Next day, called MBB CS and they cancelled my card.
A week later, received my new card. Written confirmation of cancellation and attached dispute form arrived in the post at about the same time.
2 weeks after receiving new card, I got my statement and noticed an unauthorized transaction from MyUS.com
Called MBB CS - they said that this transaction was done on the old card and asked me to fill in and send the dispute form to them.
CS also said that bill payment
need not include the disputed amount.
