most of the overseas transactions i have done in the past are slow in posting into the system. usually more than 2 days to get it reflected in online system. therefore overseas transactions done last weekend, the cash rebate should be reflected in January's RM50 quota

QUOTE(chiahau @ Jan 3 2013, 07:40 PM) Lol. Clean slate. Got no outstanding loan, no payment delay ( except for my Digi coz I hate them ) No worries la, I already raised a call to them and they already tell me they will reconsider. Besides, I know plenty of dudes with lower salary who got the 2 card so I don't really see a reason why Just gonna chill, and use my another card till then. Thanks Your low income dude may be referring to me, i got this card while i could not meet the income requirement. Mbb is money face, you put few k fd in their bank, you will have better chance, heard it from branch staff.

QUOTE(titanic_crash @ Jan 10 2013, 09:45 PM) i know from other thread that I better use visa/master compare to amex...but can the 5x tp cover the higher fx rate? 5 times tp cannot cover the exchange rate difference. use amex instead of visa/master only on weekends and your RM50 cap not yet reached, else use visa/master card. anyway, visa/master exchange rate will still be higher than the foreign currency note rate, cc are just for the convenience

QUOTE(whereis the love @ Jan 12 2013, 09:27 AM) Ya..totally agreed..like singapore never practice all these..juz pay wif cc without any hidden charges..juz wondering did bank charged merchant for customer paying by cc?? You try to buy bus ticket at golden mile with cc, see they charge you extra or not. Generally, there is no extra charges when using cc in singapore although some places will impose minimum spend

QUOTE(Devil4life @ Jan 31 2013, 12:10 PM) Is there any form or what to increase credit limit? My salary was adjusted already and at that time when i was given the card, it only gave me 2x my monthly salary. Thanks in advance. ADDED : I found where to download the form already but from the website never state to email to which address. Can anyone point it to me instead? http://www.maybank2u.com.my/WebBank/Accept...Limt_130712.pdfStep 3 Mail it to us at the address below or fax 03-7953 8640: Maybank Credit Card Centre 7th Floor, Menara Maybank, 100 Jalan Tun Perak, 50050 Kuala Lumpur I don't like snail mail and i don't have fax machine. use the 'contact us' function at mbb website, they will take few days to respond to you. Ask them to attach the relevant forms for you to fill in. You can then reply them through email with relevant documents

QUOTE(zenquix @ Feb 20 2013, 11:31 PM) quick q.. for those who used Agoda previously to book overseas hotel with their MBB card, is it processed as a local transaction or a foreign one (i.e. the country code in the statement is "MY" or others)? You can choose your preferred currency there, if you choose rm then there wont be any foreign exchange conversion

QUOTE(cempedaklife @ Mar 1 2013, 10:00 AM) actually it's almost the same.. considering u use 10000TP to redeem rm50 gst if u use 9300TP to redeem rm50 parkson voucher, which itself accept amex, u lose 7.5% (5x TP and 5% weekends) of the rm50 = rm3.75 = 750 TP so in total its 10,500 TP trollol i always redeem GST 10,050 not 10,500. Different by 50 points only. Anyhow it is quite informative

It happens to random users only. Amex is likely not to hold you liable for it. I think there's nothing to worry

If annual income below 36k, your credit limit cannot exceed 2 times of your monthly income.
I submitted documents online to upgrade from gold to platinum, took few weeks to get it done then CL also increase

QUOTE(ronnie @ Apr 7 2013, 09:57 AM) I was at Parkson to redeem MBB On-The-Spot vouchers and heard that the MAXIMUM voucher we can redeem per day : RM500 Parkson vouchers only. true, they have this cap. i saw a couple with few hundred thousand of TPs but they can only redeem RM500 voucher per day. i think it is RM500 per principal card holder/day This post has been edited by nothingz: Apr 7 2013, 09:58 PM
