i have a question:
since maybank2cards have 2 cards, 1 amex and 1 mastercard/visa, can i cancel just the amex card but continue to use the mastercard? i don't want amex. i only need the mastercard.
what is the procedure to cancel the amex card? do i need to go to maybank and fill in forms? or just make a phone call? which phone number to call?

The MBB2 AMEX + Visa/Mastercard come together. If either one is cancelled, the other one will be automatically cancelled as well. Thus, if you want Mastercard only, look for other Mastercard series offered by MBB or MBB Islamic. |

Geez. Very dangerous...
This is my 3rd month using the Maybankard 2 Cards. Past 2 months I've managed to receive the statements sent to my email without fail, but this month, I do not know why I did not receive it?
I almost forgot about it but thankfully my other credit cards statements reminded me about it, just 4 days before the due date. Whoo...

I wonder why ppl prefer hardcopy rather than viewing in online  I requsted to cancel my hardcopy statement the moment I received the card....Save papers, save the environment =) |

Bank will send softcopy of statement through email, but this month I haven't get it, will look and see for next month |
