Guys, excuse me if this have been answered before, I just want quick info:

1. Application for gold/platinum status is it based on nett pay (monthly salary after deductions of epf,tax) or pay before deductions? I applied for platinum but got gold instead. My salary before deductions is exceeding 60k per annum but if after deductions, my salary is below 60k per annum.

2. Do we need to pay extra charge for upgrade to platinum if we are qualified for platinum in the future?

My pay around 4.8k per month after deducting epf and tax , but my platinum was rejected and got gold instead @@

usually when will the cashback be creditted? today is 1st may and I yet to receive cash back for april. I thought is should be 30 april
