QUOTE(fly126 @ Dec 25 2012, 12:09 PM) They might not covert/upgrade to MBB2 card from yr MBB Ikhwan due to both are different types of credit cards even issued by Maybank. MBB Ikhwan is a Ikhwan card but MBB 2 card is another type of card (forgot the name) I have exp this before as I used petronas Ikhwan credit card too and requested upgrade or convert to MBb2 cards but the staff in 1u said that both are different type of cards. But not sure what is the status now, maybe is different. Please correct me if I'm wrong with this information. |

QUOTE(monara @ Dec 30 2012, 12:55 PM) now already past my anniversary month, but GST still not being charged to my card. I have been asked about this question to the staff from 1u outlet, she told me that we cannot redeemed it early before GST charge.is it normal for them to charge late, after card anniversary? can i request to redeem point before it is charged.. Because there has a number to be refer for GST charged, so that they will use that refer number to be redeem from your point. Not sure how's the process now, if request redeem before GST charged, it will only be redeem this year of GST, but not for next GST. Please correct me if I'm wrong information given. |

QUOTE(dlyc5033 @ Jan 8 2013, 06:22 AM) Just paid my maxis using amex at TTDI last Saturday. But you need to swipe at the counter not via kiosk. But you can plan to pay your bill using AMEX within 2 months, right? normally telco bill allow you owe for two months bills, see which week you are free then go and pay by AMEX on weekendsNot very convenient if you are not free during weekends. |

QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Jan 11 2013, 07:29 AM) My advise is to use credit card for shopping as much as possible. Requires you to discipline (don't simply buy), but if you take the cash that you would have spent anyway and keep in maybank2u savers-i, you'll get 2.1% interest for the 20-40+ days 'free loan' that you get from your credit card, in addition to the 5x points and/or 5% cash-back. ya, use credit card for shopping as much as possible. But of course if you're the sort that if using cash by RM30 stuff and use credit card buy RM60 then better you don't have CC at all la..... I always ask for credit card payment even buy a thing less than RM10 like place of Tesco. Some shop there have set minimum speeding only can use for credit card payment, but I always will ask for it before use cash, this is good to earn point from there even RM1 = 1 point (MBB2 Visa/Master) |

QUOTE(Dannyl @ Jan 16 2013, 11:16 AM) Successfully registered my Astro, TNB, TM and DiGi principal account for Express Autopay. DiGi supplementary line failed, though, and continued being paid using previous auto-debit to another credit card. MBB replied my query thus, it may help someone here: Please be informed that if you would like to register your DiGi supplementary line under AMEX autopay, you may need to cancel the existing autopay with other bank. |

QUOTE(TehWateva @ Jan 18 2013, 12:24 PM) because not everyone can sit down and calculate how many multipliers that *may* apply to each transaction is? Simple, if you would like to know about how to calculation, then just print out the statement and bring to card center there, seek advice from the staff there, I think you will be more understand the calcalation from the explaination by staff.Still no clear cut explanation why I had around 10k transaction for Nov & Dec on this card but yet get 40k points for nov and 11k for dec |

QUOTE(Devil4life @ Feb 1 2013, 10:46 AM) Does the Maybank Card Centre in 1U process credit limit increase as well and is it instant? Yes you can go have a visit in 1u branch as there is the card center.I've emailed my 3 months play slip yesterday and no reply yet. Planning to increase it to get something over the weekend. Currently already maximise my credit card limit. Don't worry, I have the money to bank in in case and I never miss the dateline (always pay in full) just that I don't want to pay all outstanding fees before my due date. Better keep it in FD to collect interest Any enquiry regarding of Cc, you always can go to there for your cards requesting |

QUOTE(Ricky300 @ Feb 6 2013, 01:39 PM) In my case, I was not entitled for Platinum when I applied the card. So meaning that after 1 year holding MBB CC that can try to apply for upgrade. After a year and due to my increment, I applied for platinum and I got it after 2 weeks. No rejection, nothing! By the way, you submit for yr increment letter or three months payslip?? Maybe will try to apply and see... |
