Well I wasn't overly impressed with their 9BU Condo!

SHL, SHC, 1U.... macam under sama family branch. at the end all related.

so starling mall and 1u mall also somehow related.

Their 9 BU really look mid end (not high end).. Even opal looks better

If you talk about design yes possible but what I saw was untidy masonry and cement work on the outer facade of the building and no centralized hot water for bathrooms save for the master bath .

Sales guy says "all bathroom's basins will have hot water but in the end only the master bath has it. How much can SHC save by cutting back 2 to 3 pieces of short length copper pipes? Whats the point of centralised hot water system when not all basins taps will have it?

In the end, most if not all Malaysian developers are the same - crappy and unprofessional. There is not enough law to safe guard purchasers and these developers can get away with anything. There is no pride in their work and product.

You mean sa promised hot water to all bath room? Amazing. When I saw the cheap looking single unit water Heater on the bath wall I asked the sa how come million ++ condo no central hot water he looked paisaeh

While 1U and SHC are led by different brothers, they have intense rivalry between them. Even SHC staff are not allowed to have company events in 1U. Very different companies and products.

Design.. Haven't gone in since not VP yet... Really bad design n color..

Ara green looks more fancy (actually the nicest looking in Ara Damansara).

I believe AD is booming because it is surrounded by highways such as federal, LDP, sprint, NKVE, Kesas, sg.buloh highway, that's why many people consider living in AD.

Downside is the nightmare of traffic jam during rush hour especially jln lapangan terbang subang which is extremely near to potpourri. 6pm jam from federal to Oasis@AD due to LRT construction work. Sometimes during rainy day the jam would start from federal to skypark roundabout(worst experience: 1 hour from skypark roundabout to Oasis)

That 1 hour from the roundabout to oasis is once in a blue moon..normally it will start on the bridge straight to federal..

Heavy rain also didn't help coz there's huge water puddle near the lrt station.

Would the thousands of MAS employees lay-off help the traffic around AD? Any insider news?
