if 650-750k for 750sf, i wonder who will buy from me after 3 years at 850k
seems so impossible now but who knows, 3 years from now, maybe 850k-900k will be the norm for a 750sf place if rental, still need 4-5k a month to cover the loan payments. This post has been edited by idoblu: May 25 2014, 12:25 AM |

QUOTE(CMW123 @ May 25 2014, 03:43 PM) I see not many "young" people, mostly families or parents with adult children. If these group are under LTV 70%, no rebate policy may filter out those not ready to part with high cash downpayment wah if really uncles and aunties buying 900sf for their own stay with adult children then really drop spectacles man |

QUOTE(nkhong @ Jun 18 2014, 12:03 PM) 60k different only? And 1 extra car park, 60k -25k (the car park worth at least 25k i am guessing). So just 35k, even that 20k option available for less than 1000sf, it is actually no need to think at all to choose 1250sf, the best best buy if you die die also want a unit here. Many house buyer today failed in mathematic? Or i miss out something here? Need to more money for maintenance is people concern about? you should buy those around 1869sf units or bigger units. even cheaper - less than 700psf can get |

QUOTE(Clueless07 @ Jul 19 2014, 03:51 PM) Which u prefer? The premium for high floor is so little only? Larger units is 5k per floor higher. Typically higher floor has better value- though... So ppls have their own idea otherwise. yes, higher floors will get billed later.Just collected my copy of signed SnP today... Looking more detailed on the disbursent schedule- 2nd payment is for the foundation-10% which could due in 2-3 months time. 3rd payment is the frame works(building beams) which could means much later as they sort of build floor by floor- so my guess is perhaps more than a year later. |

QUOTE(corleone74 @ May 30 2015, 10:17 AM) If you talk about design yes possible but what I saw was untidy masonry and cement work on the outer facade of the building and no centralized hot water for bathrooms save for the master bath . Sales guy says "all bathroom's basins will have hot water but in the end only the master bath has it. How much can SHC save by cutting back 2 to 3 pieces of short length copper pipes? Whats the point of centralised hot water system when not all basins taps will have it?In the end, most if not all Malaysian developers are the same - crappy and unprofessional. There is not enough law to safe guard purchasers and these developers can get away with anything. There is no pride in their work and product.
