if see hoy chan comes, all the ara damansara resident will rejoice.......they probably set another benchmark price in ara damansara.............!!!!!!!

.....suddenly ara damansara is hotting up again.....with many developers coming in for a piece of the action.......!!!!!

Hmm, I think SHC probably wont price it at same range with Verde and I wont be surprise if it higher range than Ara Green.

Ppl say Bkt Jalil is going to be next Mont Kiara, but I think Ara Dsara would be the next instead of BJ.

But i heard ppl say cyberjaya will be the next Mount Kiara.

What is the meaning of MK equivalent, high pricing with lower demands?

If its true then the value at 650psf is good. If I'm not wrong, the malton project oppo symphony across the main road is doin not bad. And they 2nd Amaya is coming soon with higher price tag.
