However the progressive interest will hv additional interest charge on top of it. You only serve the full amount when the project is ready.

The 20k investment on ID is definitely worth it if buying for investment or either own-stay.

Are the pricings serious ? Close to myr 1000 psf in AD. This is going to be painful when all the condos in AD vp one by one. I can only say good luck !
