yes, many units still available.
It was around rm 900psf.... do check with sales office for latest update.
*
Updated after purchaser appreciation day on Apr 25, only couple of Type E units left. Cheapest type E 871sqft are the remaining 2 units in Block E level 2, same level with carpark hence the cheaper price@RM800k. More Type E units available at Block B(newer block I guess) lower level starting from RM835k for 871sqft, working out to be approx. RM960 psf or above depending on floor and lanai/balcony.

Bare unit or semi-furnished? sales office is next to citta mall? tis is residential rite?
*
Most units(except huge units above 1000sqft with 3 rooms i.e. Type A) are offered a RM20k optional furnishing package(not fractionable into loan, due within months upon signing SPA) which is too good to turn down, it is inclusive of selected feature wall, fridge, hood, 2-burner, oven, kitchen cabinet, U-box swivel storage rack, washer/dryer combo, sofa, dining table/chairs, coffee table, wardrobe, storage rack in all bathroom, workdesk/chair even down to details like bedside table with lamp or dining table lights. These details are spelled out in a seperate agreement upon signing SPA. 3 main things that are definitely excluded are TV, mattress and carpet. It is more than semi-furnished. Package is offered by Damansara Uptown Interior Design, SHC's own.

Current sales office/showroom which will be the actual clubhouse for badminton court/meeting rooms, is behind Citta if airport main road is the front. It is a service apartment. One thing it turns people off, is it's leasehold title despite of high pricing.

okla, gotta say the ID is good. but that's for additional 20k, no? for those below 1k sq ft type.
*
Yes that's for additional 20k, but the 20k is inclusive of furniture, wardrobe, lightings, electrical appliances, feature wall, ID etc. Looking at it does worth more than 20k, means price psf itself has somewhat inclusive of those, too good to reject the 20k optional package.

Besides, it saves you from nightmare of dealing with property management/ID consultant/contractors/subcontractors, yet still gotta pay them definitely more than 20k, tradeoff is what you see is what you get, not customizable.

I wonder who are the main tenant in AD?
*
I believe AD is booming because it is surrounded by highways such as federal, LDP, sprint, NKVE, Kesas, sg.buloh highway, that's why many people consider living in AD.

Downside is the nightmare of traffic jam during rush hour especially jln lapangan terbang subang which is extremely near to potpourri. 6pm jam from federal to Oasis@AD due to LRT construction work. Sometimes during rainy day the jam would start from federal to skypark roundabout(worst experience: 1 hour from skypark roundabout to Oasis)

That 1 hour from the roundabout to oasis is once in a blue moon..normally it will start on the bridge straight to federal..

Heavy rain also didn't help coz there's huge water puddle near the lrt station.

Would the thousands of MAS employees lay-off help the traffic around AD? Any insider news?

Looking good there. Potpourri website also attached pics of latest progress. Comparing to H20, potpourri is far way ahead though H20 ECD is months earlier

AD is freehold while KD is leasehold, properties have lrt/ mrt line which is added value.

btw, what is the status for the autocity by Sime Darby ? How soon it will start ?
*
Not sure if AD is freehold, coz potpourri AD is a leasehold.

Autocity construction has actually started, cranes been erected since months ago

BTW, got a text from SHC, potpourri lease term has been succesfully renewed to 99 years from this year onwards till year 2114 (previously expiring 20+ yrs earlier)

What is the starting price and highest per sqft for units above 1800sqft?
*
Not sure they have any units above 1800sqft, it is about RM900 psf so can do the math.
