It's confirmed, so good news for early buyers like us. Lease extension to 99 years has been approved but SHC is now negotiating with the govt on the premium for the renewal.

65% sold as of today, and SHC is launching the final Block D for sale soon.

While 1U and SHC are led by different brothers, they have intense rivalry between them. Even SHC staff are not allowed to have company events in 1U. Very different companies and products.
