review on the potpourri. i wonder how people will pronounce the name of the condo. the real pronunciation also seems weird in the local context - the "pohperee".

QUOTE(tehoice @ May 27 2015, 02:29 PM) i think typical sales trick - create a distraction - condo sell expensive, then give discount on FF, because potential buyer just got wowed by their ID at the showunit, so special offer give you 20k for all this wow things la, the psychological effect is buyer getting a bargain on the furnishing but temporarily "blinded" to the high psf of the unit itself. the frunishing should give free. (i'm speaking from experience, because when i was told about the 20k furnishing i was also impressed, only after some time after leaving the showroom did the feeling that the units are expensive start to surface). this also shows that developer knows full well most buyer of new units hate the whole process of ID, contractor, renovation, so they play on that dislike - "hey! for 20k, you get a hotel standard unit.. just move in, don't have to reno!". very smart.... the best part is to get the special offer of 20k, buyer must pay cash up front for it , in the process help pay for the first few piling into the ground. SHC good. This post has been edited by corleone74: May 27 2015, 10:55 PM |

QUOTE(idoblu @ May 30 2015, 12:43 PM) Sales guy says "all bathroom's basins will have hot water but in the end only the master bath has it. How much can SHC save by cutting back 2 to 3 pieces of short length copper pipes? Whats the point of centralised hot water system when not all basins taps will have it? You mean sa promised hot water to all bath room? Amazing. When I saw the cheap looking single unit water Heater on the bath wall I asked the sa how come million ++ condo no central hot water he looked paisaehIn the end, most if not all Malaysian developers are the same - crappy and unprofessional. There is not enough law to safe guard purchasers and these developers can get away with anything. There is no pride in their work and product. the potpurree ID by developer is really nice and should be sufficient as a "ready to lease upon VP" unit.

QUOTE(kochin @ Aug 10 2015, 12:18 PM) i am with you on this. boss, try encorp strand mall. right up your alley. can park just outside the mall .when i think of a place to grab a movie or chill at some nice F&B, citta mall automatically springs to mind. free parking, less crowded yet contains my selected needs. QUOTE(kochin @ Aug 11 2015, 09:29 AM) going to encorp i need to go through some serious stressful streets. don't know where u normally come from, but to encorp mall, go via NKVE easy peasy, leave via jalan sepah puteri 5/1. that's normally the route i take these days. yes traffic is horrible there due to road diversions but NKVE route bypasses most of it, don't turn turn right throug the square at the tune hotel there, go straight up towards aeon big and make an (illegal) uturn easierand surprisingly more difficult to get tix to cinemas here compared to citta. even tcm is better chances. and encorp's tenant mix does not appeal to me. i still prefer citta to encorp both in terms of tenant mix and conveniences. same like i also occasionally drop by jaya or tcm to have my movie fix. , seldom had problems getting tix at E/S mall, but maybe cos i go during offpeak hours This post has been edited by corleone74: Aug 11 2015, 09:43 AM |
