I don't think so as mas lay off including those in klia as well..in the subang airport itself many hangar coming up with Mara 2 huge hangar and soon police hangar will be there as well.

This really depends on the cause of the jam..if it's bottleneck issue after the lrt complete it will improve the traffic..but if federal road issue,then it's very hard.

Somehow I also will be effected withheld this coz I bought nova saujana..unless if I rent both of the unit.

Looking good there. Potpourri website also attached pics of latest progress. Comparing to H20, potpourri is far way ahead though H20 ECD is months earlier

SHC is kinda not giving any room to investors at this sort of price point... Passing all the risk to buyers. Price seems to be much much into the future..

I can see Ara still have room for pricing to go up, they're still plenty of land to develop further down near the airport. If you compare with Kota D'sara I think Ara worth to invest the distance is just 10min away cutting through tropicana. Ara are more quiet. But this is just my 2 cents la.

AD is freehold while KD is leasehold, properties have lrt/ mrt line which is added value.

btw, what is the status for the autocity by Sime Darby ? How soon it will start ?

Not sure if AD is freehold, coz potpourri AD is a leasehold.

Autocity construction has actually started, cranes been erected since months ago

BTW, got a text from SHC, potpourri lease term has been succesfully renewed to 99 years from this year onwards till year 2114 (previously expiring 20+ yrs earlier)

Not sure they have any units above 1800sqft, it is about RM900 psf so can do the math.

from the point of investors, that may be true.
but for own stay, this may be a hassle free move in once VP concept.

expensive PSF and suspect quality is fine if location is superb like Regalia......but this one is banging more on potential of the location but currently it isn't too good.....ara damansara is pretty much boxed in with bad traffic and bad roads left, right, center.

agreed.. uptown resi better than regalia brows.gif but back here, jus imagine traffic is SO bad now n few more thousand units coming up soon.. location is quite ok for me being close to oasis n citta but nt walking distance to the LRT cry.gif cry.gif

Friend just rented out oasis studio for 1.5k to sime expat.. the studios here 'expating' wht kind of rental?

don't look down on mayland coz of their build quality their locations are top grade imho. brows.gif

of course agents will always say things like

more expensive coz KLCC view
ONLY 250m to LRT
international tenants

just to bump up the value but in reality they mean...

currently unrestricted view but mebbe in future we will build something next to block your view
u know 250m is like walking from Maxis KLCC to Concorde Hotel, right?

They have a few units ( circa 30??) at 1800sqft.
Large unit is only semi furnish- so it should be around RM700 psf


RM 900 psf were for the smaller unit, which are fully furnish.
The larger the BU, the lower the PSF

Personally visited seringin after VP. Workmanship acceptable. Not much complaint from me .
