SHC is kinda not giving any room to investors at this sort of price point... Passing all the risk to buyers. Price seems to be much much into the future..

I can see Ara still have room for pricing to go up, they're still plenty of land to develop further down near the airport. If you compare with Kota D'sara I think Ara worth to invest the distance is just 10min away cutting through tropicana. Ara are more quiet. AD is freehold while KD is leasehold, properties have lrt/ mrt line which is added value.
btw, what is the status for the autocity by Sime Darby ? How soon it will start ? |
