no matter stock firmware or openwrt ( with /dev/ttyUSB0 )

E398 connect fast with MR3420 V1 ~ most noticeable improvement is the signal level improved from 48% > 67%

hi..newbies here..

planning to get e398..

i have this router at home running wit e173..and the question is:

how to check my router is V1 or V2? (sorry if this has been asked b4, there's 40 pages i need to go through rclxub.gif ..a little help here pls biggrin.gif notworthy.gif )

log in to router setting then click status and see the hardware version.. smile.gif

My MR3420 already upgrade to latest FW ~ Factory , not OpenWRT and E398 flashed to latest FW provided by Blacktubi. Supercharged to TX33 (default is 20)

Nope, heard that it have some issues with some modems , i actually using HW550/Mr3420 to dial in, then LAN out to a D Link DDWRT flashed router to play around with DNS Forwarding brows.gif
