Anyway, if future LTE launched, you can't detect LTE with this settings When LTE launched please reset the values by reflashing the firmware Simplest solution Added on December 28, 2012, 7:49 pmDone setup my MR3420 to dial my Streamyx through PPPOE and backup 3G But which is sadly stock firmware can't keep both connection alive simultaneously Will OpenWRT when free

QUOTE(fruitie @ Dec 28 2012, 10:08 AM) Thanks but for users like me on OpenWRT, is there any way that I can change MTU? Better save yourself than using RM 200 on a cheaper smartphone. No offence but this is how I feel. QUOTE(chuahcs79 @ Dec 28 2012, 07:02 PM) original value it is include 4G, 3G and 2G all just want to clarify again what garytey was asking. that means we only change the blue color setting? Not because it's typo error that the two settings are accidentally reversed? QUOTE(chuahcs79) E398 original: NV_PREF_MODE_I 0 14
NV_BAND_PREF_I 0 896
u need to tweak both to value below: NV_BAND_PREF_I ( Both value) 0 0
NV_PREF_MODE_I ( Both value ) 0 14
then your E398 will be on UMTS2100 only This post has been edited by maxcheam: Dec 28 2012, 10:49 PM

If you want to use it as a WAN port, you'll need to change it to WAN zone at the firewall settings for that interface.
