yeah yours is the newest on V1, maybe you should upload the bin file ( e398 bin file )

finally and magically.. it works perfectly fine now..
used chuah bin file(1st post)
and it works.
tho i have to factory setting and setting everything again from scratch..
but its worth it

i need to know how to make the modem focus on 2100MHz. which is easier if mdma works fine with e398

If u are using Router V1 , V1.2 V1.3 or V2 ,

please go to your router web interface, under 3G/4G , change your MTU from default 1480 -> 576

If u are not using any 3G router, just remember to use Dial up / RAS  connection in your window network ,..

Try not to use Window Mobile Broadband connection / Any dashboard Connection / NDIS connection

as of Dial up / RAS Connection MTU default is 576

Hope it help to give you a fibre like stable connection
